Red wine marinated flat iron steak

Ingredients 1 Flat Iron Steak | |
2 Tbsp | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
2 tsp | Chopped Parsley |
1 tsp | Chopped Rosemary |
1/4 cup | Cabernet Sauvignon Wine |
1/2 tsp | dry mustard powder |
1/4 tsp | Paprika |
Cook time: 22 - 27 minutes

Directions
Mix Olive Oil, Parsley, Rosemary, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mustard Powder, and Paprika in bowl with whisk.
Take gallon size ziploc bag and place Flat Iron Steak inside, pour mixture from bowl into bag with the Flat Iron Steak, try to remove as much air as possible
Let Flat Iron Steak marinate 3-4 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake Flat Iron Steak on broiling pan for 10-15 minutes depending on size, after this time is up turn on the broiler and broil 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired.
