Chicken Pesto Pasta

Lay chicken on grease proof paper with fennel seeds, rosemary s&p . Cover and bash til flatter.
Make pesto with basil, nuts, Parmesan cheese in blender. Add a little oil then water.
Cook green beans for 4 mins then add pasta cut into hanker knives.
After few mins add spinach for 2 mins.
Chicken is fried with garlic and chill til ready then add tomatoes.
Drain pasta etc and add pesto.

Lay chicken breasts on grease proof paper, lay rosemary, fennel seeds on top together with salt and pepper. Cover with piece of grease proof paper and bash to flatten slightly.
