Baked Caribbean Lime Tilapia Ingredients:(check the box next to the ingredients you would like to add to your list): | |
4 (4 oz) | tilapia fillets |
• Vegetable cooking spray | |
1/2 tsp | grated lime peel or zest |
2 Tbsp | fresh lime juice |
1 Tbsp | canola oil |
1/2 tsp | garlic, minced |
1/2 tsp | hot pepper sauce |
1/4 to 1/2 tsp | freshly ground pepper |
1/4 tsp | salt |
• Add All Ingredients
Steps:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8x11" baking dish with cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Place tilapia in prepared dish, in a single layer, turning under thin edges. Evenly spread sauce over each fillet. Bake, uncovered, until tilapia flakes, about 10-14 minutes. Serve this piquant fish with yellow rice and steamed baby carrots.
