Baked Caribbean Lime Tilapia Ingredients:(check the box next to the ingredients you would like to add to your list):
    4 (4 oz)  tilapia fillets
• Vegetable cooking spray
    1/2 tsp  grated lime peel or zest
    2 Tbsp  fresh lime juice
    1 Tbsp  canola oil
    1/2 tsp  garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp  hot pepper sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp  freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp  salt

• Add All Ingredients

Steps:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8x11" baking dish with cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Place tilapia in prepared dish, in a single layer, turning under thin edges. Evenly spread sauce over each fillet. Bake, uncovered, until tilapia flakes, about 10-14 minutes. Serve this piquant fish with yellow rice and steamed baby carrots.
