Cut 4 pc
Place in water
Add green onions, slice ginger , sake
Cook 4 hrs
Check with chopsticks - to check thickness. Should be able to stick easy
Take out of water
Put in container
Net on top
Put meat on wire drain
Place in marinade in pot to cook it
Dip for 10-30sec
Take out drain marinade
