Pumpkin Pie

| 1 1/2 c. | pumpkin,, (1 can) |
| 3/4 c. | sugar |
| 1/2 t. | salt |
| 1 1/4 t. | cinnamon |
| 1 t. | ginger |
| 1/2 t. | nutmeg |
| 1/2 t. | cloves |
| 3 | slightly beaten eggs |
| 1 1/4 c. | milk |
| 6 oz. | evaporated milk |
1 - 9" unbaked pastry shell
Thoroughly combine the pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices. Blend in eggs, milk, and evaporated milk. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes.
