Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 c. | pumpkin,, (1 can) |
3/4 c. | sugar |
1/2 t. | salt |
1 1/4 t. | cinnamon |
1 t. | ginger |
1/2 t. | nutmeg |
1/2 t. | cloves |
3 | slightly beaten eggs |
1 1/4 c. | milk |
6 oz. | evaporated milk |
1 - 9" unbaked pastry shell
Thoroughly combine the pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices. Blend in eggs, milk, and evaporated milk. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes.
