| 16 tablespoons | sea salt |
| 1 teaspoon | dried thyme leaves |
| 1 teaspoon | marjoram |
| 4 teaspoons | crystallized ginger |
| 1/2 teaspoon | paprika |
| 2 teaspoons | dry mustard |
| 1/2 teaspoon | onion powder |
Put all ingredients into a mini food processor or small blender container and blend on low. Taste and adjust blend if needed. Package in a glass jar.
