| 8oz | sour cream |
| 2cups | grated Colby or sharp cheddar |
Place potatoes in greased 9x13
Season with salt/pepper
Melt butter in microwave. In a bowl mix sour cream, melted butter.
Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with cheese
Cook at 350 for 45 minutes or until warm
