Honey Orange Chicken

2 t. | cornstarch |
3/4 t. | dry mustard |
1 T. | teriyaki sauce |
1/4 c. | honey |
1/4 c. | orange juice |
4-5 | boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen |
1/2 | fresh orange, sliced thin |
Combine cornstarch, mustard, and teriyaki sauce. Add honey and orange juice. Cook chicken covered with waxed paper in microwave for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and drain. Coat all sides of chicken with orange sauce. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Top with orange slices and serve.
