Cranberry Relish

1 | bag cranberries |
1 1/2 cups | sugar |
2 large | apples, peeled, |
1 | - 2 tsp. candied ginger |
For best results, mix half of the ingredients at a time in a food processor to your desired "chunkiness". Best if made a day in advance so the flavors can meld together. In addition, a juice will be created as the water comes out of the cranberries.
