4 | boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
1 c | italian salad dressing |
1 c | orange juice, freshly squeezed |
1/2 t | salt |
1/2 t | pepper |
Trim fat from chicken and pound to 1/4" thickness.
Preheat broiler.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine salad dressing, orange juice, salt and pepper. Blend well. Reserve 1/3 of marinade in a small bowl for basting the chicken; set aside. Pierce chicken in several places with a fork; add to marinade in bowl, turning to coat.
Place chicken on broiler pan. Broil, turning and basting with reserved marinade until chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes, serve immediately.
