| 3 large | baking potato |
| 3 c | steamed broccoli |
| 3/4 c | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 6 | cooked bacon |
1. Boil potato and scoop out 1/2 flesh
2. Preheat oven 325
3. Stuff each potato half with broccoli , top with cheese and crumble 1 piece bacon on each half
4. Place on baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes until cheese melts
