Bread Pudding

2 cups | milk |
4 cups | coarse bread crumbles |
1/4 cup | butter, melted |
1/2 cup | sugar |
2 | eggs, slightly beaten |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Scald milk and pour over the bread crumbles. Cool.
Add the butter, sugar, eggs, salt, and cinnamon, por into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Serv warm with pudding.
