Gingerbread Men

| 1 1/2 cups | flour |
| 1/4 cup | packed brown sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | bicarbonate of soda |
| 1 tbs | cocoa powder |
| 3/4 tsp | cinnamon |
| 3/4 tsp | ground ginger |
| 1/2 cup | margarine |
| 1/2 cup | molasses |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 cup | hot water |
Method
Heat oven to 180'.
Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Beat wet ingredients until combined.
Add dry ingredients and beat for two minutes.
Pour batter into lubricated cookie moulds.
Bake for 15 minutes.
