Baked Shrimp

8 large | Shrimp, cleaned |
4 tablespoons | lemon juice |
1/2 cup | butter |
1/2 cup | parsley, chopped |
3 cloves | garlic, minced |
1 cup | bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon | paprika |
Preheat over to 400F
Butterfly shimp; spead and flatten. Place shrimps in individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine butter, 5 tablespoons parsley, and paprika and sprinke over each shrimp.
Combine crumbs, remaining parsley, and paprika and spinkle over each shrimp.
Bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
