Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 pkg.(8 oz.) | cream cheese, softened |
1 jar (12 oz.) | marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (peel off tough outer layers) |
2 pkgs. | frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained, (squeeze over strainer) |
1/2 c | jalapeƱo jack cheese |
1/2 c | grated Parmesan cheese |
1/2 t | garlic powder |
1 T | red pepper |
Mix in 1 large bowl until blended. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
Can be put in 1 shallow dish or use won ton wrappers. Spray Pam in mini muffin tin or dish.
