Artichoke Sausage Soup

| 12 ounces | Italian sausage |
| 28 ounces | canned artichoke hearts, Chop in food proc./blender until bite size peices |
| 42 ounces | canned tomatoes |
| 1 package | onion soup mix |
| 3 cups | water |
| 1/2 teaspoon | italian seasoning, 3 or 4 cups according to liking |
| 1/2 teaspoon | oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoon | basil |
Crumble sausage into peices in soup pot.
Brown sausage and drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
