1 1/3 c. | water |
1/2 c. | oil |
3 | eggs |
Filling/Frosting: | |
2 c. | heavy whipping cream |
18 oz. | white chocolate |
Brownies: Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix | |
2 | eggs |
1/2 c. | oil |
1/4 c. | water |
Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge Home-Style Frosting
Bake cake mix as instructed on box.
Bake brownies according to instructions on the box.
For filling/frosting: Heat cream over medium heat until just boiling.
Break white chocolate into chunks and place in medium bowl.
Pour hot cream over chocolate and stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Put filling in fridge to cool.
When cool whip with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
Cut a small hole out of top of cupcake.
Fill with filling and replace the top.
Frost cupcakes with remaining filling.
Crumble brownies and sprinkle brownies over the top of each cupcake.
Heat frosting in microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring between.
When frosting reaches a more liquid consistency, drizzle frosting over top.
