| 16 oz. package | fettucine |
| 7 Tblsp. | butter |
| 1 cup | ½ and ½ |
| ¾ cup | Parmesan cheese |
| ½ teasp. salt | |
| dash | pepper |
Cook fettucine according to package
directions. While fettucine cooks, heat
butter and ½ and ½ in small saucepan
until butter melts. Stir in Parmesan cheese,
salt and pepper. Keep warm over low heat.
Drain fettucine, return to pan, pour sauce
over noodles, toss gently until noodles
are well coated. Serves 6.
