Coffee infused Cupcakes with a smooth coffee cream cheese filling, topped with Coffee Liqueur Whipped Cream. Duncan Hines Classic White Cake Mix
    1 cup  water
    1/2 cup  brewed coffee*
    1/2 tbsp  ground coffee
    2 tbsp  vegtable oil
    3 large  egg whites
*for the whole recipe you will need 1 1/4 cups brewed coffee.(brewed coffee:1 1/4 cups warm water plus 2 tbsp instant coffee) Filling:
    8 oz.  cream cheese, (room temperature)
    1 1/4 cups  confectioners sugar, (sifted)
    3 tbsp  coffee liqueur
    a pinch  table salt
Coffee Drizzle:
    1/2 cup  brewed coffee
    3 tbsp  granulated sugar
Whipped cream:
    2 cups  cold heavy cream
    1/3 cup  confectioners sugar, (sifted)
    1 tbsp  coffee liqueur
    1/2 tbsp  brewed coffee
Garnish:
    2 tbsp  cocoa powder
    1  dark chocolate bar, for chocolate shavings

Instructions
Cupcake Batter:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put liners in two 12 capacity cupcake pans.
Add all ingredients and mix on low for 1 minute.
Increase speed to medium and mix for 3 minutes.
Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 of the way.
Bake for 22 minutes.
Let cupcakes cool.

Filling:
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature.
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix on low for 1 minute.
Increase speed to medium and mix until smooth and well combined.
Empty contents of bowl into a piping bag fitted with the number 12 tip.
Insert the tip into the center of the cupcake.
Squeeze the piping for 2-3 seconds (careful not to over fill the cupcakes, they will crack).

Coffee Drizzle:
Combine ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Use a tsp to drizzle the mixture over each cupcake.
Set the cupcakes aside until you finish the next step.

Whipped cream:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients with a whisk attachment.
Mix until stiff peaks are formed.
This can now be spooned onto the top of the cupcakes or piped.

Garnish:
Place the cocoa powder in a sifter and shake over the cupcakes.
For the chocolate shavings, run a vegtable peeler along the length of the chocolate bar.
Spinkle the shavings over the cupcakes and they are ready to be devoured.
