STRAWBERRY BREAD

3 cup | flour |
1 tsp | salt |
1 Tbsp | cinnamon |
1 tsp. | baking soda |
2 cup | sugar |
3 | eggs beaten |
1 1/4 cups | oil |
2 10 oz. frozen strawberries | |
1 1/4 cup | pecans |
Combine all dry ingredients. Make a well in the center. Add eggs and oil. Stir until moist. Stir in berries and nuts. Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans and bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. This bread is absolutely wonderful, so moist. Even better the next day!
Strawberry Butter is really good on this.
