Pozole Chile Verde

    3 Lbs  boneless Chicken Breast
    2 cans  Chile Verde Enchilada Sauce
    2 cans  Hominy
    2  Yellow Onions
    3 Tablespoons  Chicken Bouyon
      Chili powder
      Oregano
    1 head  Cabbage
    1 Bunch  Radishes
    1 Bunch  Cilantro
    6  Lemons
    1 pack  Flour Tortillas
      hard corn tortillas, alternative

Combine meat and water to top of meat in large sauce pan high heat add Chicken Bouyon,
Cook meat 15 minutes or until white.
Remove chicken from pan leave remaining water. Shred chicken using a big fork. Return chicken to sauce pan Reduce heat to low simmer.
Add Hominy (undrained), Chile Verde sauce,1 onion (Cut in 1" pieces) add salt, pepper, Chile powder, and oregano to taste.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hrs Stir occasionally.
Can be made up to 4 hrs before.

Garnish with chopped cabbage, chopped onions, cilantro, radishes (sliced in small pieces), and lemon juice.
Warm flour tortillas for side.
