    500g  butter
    4 cups  cake flour
    6 tablespoons  castor sugar
    6 tablespoons  corn flour
    Pinch  salt

Flour into a bowl and then fold in caster sugar and corn flour. Ct in soft butter and then work in with fingers.

Pat into pan and prick with a fork to bottom.

Bake in oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour. Turn at 30 mins
