500g | butter |
4 cups | cake flour |
6 tablespoons | castor sugar |
6 tablespoons | corn flour |
Pinch | salt |
Flour into a bowl and then fold in caster sugar and corn flour. Ct in soft butter and then work in with fingers.
Pat into pan and prick with a fork to bottom.
Bake in oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour. Turn at 30 mins
