Vodka Sauce (Roe Thompson)

| 4 tbsp | butter |
| 2/3 cups | vodka |
| Dash | Red Pepper |
| 1 can 28oz | crushed tomatoes |
| 1 cup | heavy cream |
| 1/2 cup | grated cheese |
Melt butter add vodka and red pepper simmer add tomatoes
Boil and cook on high heat 5 minutes (until thick)
Add cream when thick
Thicken again
Add cheese and remove from heat
