Chinese Fried Rice (Homemade)

1 1/3 cups | water |
1 1/3 cups | minute rice |
1 | egg beaten |
3 tbsp | butter |
margarine, alternative | |
1/3 | chopped onions |
2-3 tablespoon | soy sauce |
Bring 1 cup of water to boil in Duce pan
Stir in Rice
Remove from hear cover and let sit for 5 minutes
Meanwhile cool the egg in butter in a 10 inch skillet until set
Add onion & rice and stir over med heat for about 5 minutes
Combine remaining water and soy sauce stir into rice
