Asian almond chicken

| 4 chicken breasts halved broiled or BBQ | |
| 12 cups | lettuce |
| 1/2 cup | organic almond slivers |
| 1&1/2 tbsp vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 cup | plumb sauce |
2. Tbsp rice vinegar
2. Tbsp lemon juice
1. Tbsp oriental sesame oil
1. Tbsp cilantro
1/2 teaspoonful pepper red flakes
1. Tsp garlic
Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
Mix other ingredients to make plumb sauce.
Cut or tear lettuce into bite sizes and Combine with chicken.
Pour plumb sauce and garnish with almond
