16 ounce | macaroni |
4 Cups | milk |
4 cups 16 ounces | shredded sharp cheddar |
4 cups 16 ounces | shredded American |
2 cups 8 ounces | shredded Munster |
2 cups 8 ounces | shredded mozzarella |
1/2 cup | breadcrumbs |
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
Bring milk to a simmer in large saucepan over medium heat, do not boil. reduce heat to low, gradually add cheeses stirring constantly. stir five minutes or until melted.
Place macaroni in a 4 quart casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over pasta, stir until well blended. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs if desired. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until bubbly.
