    3 Lbs  Beef stew meat
      Pork, alternative
    2 cans  Chile Colorado Sauce
    2 cans  Hominy
    2  Yellow Onions
    3 Tablespoons  Beef Bouyon
      Chili powder
      Oregano
    1 head  Cabbage
    Bunch  Radishes
Bunch Cilantro
    6  Lemons
    1 pack  Flour Tortillas
      hard corn tortillas, alternative

Combine meat and water to top of meat in large sauce pan high heat add beef Bouyon,
Cook meat 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low simmer.
Add Hominy (undrained), Chile Colorado sauce,1 onion (Cut in 1" pieces) add salt, pepper, Chile powder, and oregano to taste.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hrs Stir occasionally.
Can be made up to 4 hrs before.

Garnish with chopped cabbage, chopped onions, cilantro, radishes (sliced in small pieces), and lemon juice.
Warm flour tortillas for side.
