Beat 3 eggs on high speed for 5 min. Gradually add 1 cup sugar. Stir in 2/3 cup pumpkin, 3/4 cup flour, 1tsp. baking powder,2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. ginger, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. salt. Pour and spread out onto a greased and flowered cookie sheet with rim. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Bake at 375 for 15 min. While baking, sprinkle powered sugar on a cotton tea towel. When cake is done , remove from oven and flip onto towel, roll in a jelly roll fashion and let cool in towel. When cool, gently unroll and spread with filling: Beat well:
    1cup  powered sugar
    3 tbsp.  butter
    8 oz.  cream cheese
    1/2 tsp.  vanilla

Retool cake and store n refrigerator.
