Open Face Hamburgers

Hamburger buns | |
1 lb | ground chuck |
1/3 | chili sauce |
1/2 teas worcestershire sauce | |
4 Tb | milk |
1 1/2 teas horseradish
1 teas salt
1 teas pepper
Mix meat with all of the seasoning and sauces. Spread butter on the buns to the very edge. Spread meat mixture thinly on the buttered buns to the very edge.
Broil at 400 for about 7 minutes until cooked through and browned.
