1 qt | vanilla ice cream softened |
1 lb | butter softened |
1 lb | light brown sugar |
2 teas nutmeg 2 teas cinnamon | |
rum | |
boiling water |
In mixing bowl, cream together ice cream, butter, sugars, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour into one or two cup freezing containers and freeze. Pour one oz rum and 3 Tb frozen mixture in a mug and fill with boiling water.
