    4 cups  tomato sauce
    1 1/2 cups  cola
      beer, alternative
    1 1/2 cups  cider vinegar
    1 1/2 cups  chili sauce
    1/4 cup  prepared mustard like yellow
    1/2 cup  bottled steak sauce
    juice of 2  lemons
    1/2 cup  worcestershire sauce
    2 Tb  vegetable oil
    1 Tb  soy sauce
    1 Tb  honey
1/2 teas tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 cups  packed dark brown sugar
    2 Tb  fresh ground pepper
    2 Tb  garlic salt
    1 Tb  butter

In large pan, combine tomato sauce, cola, vinegar, chili sauce, mustard, steak sauce, lemon juice, worcestershire , oil, soy sauce, honey and Tabasco. Stir together and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
In a small bowl or jar, combine the brown sugar, pepper and garlic salt.

Add dry ingredients to tomato mix. Increase heat to medium high, stir in the butter and bring to a low boil. Cook about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Cover pan and reduce heat to ow and let it simmer another 30 minutes. Use right away or let it cool. Will keep for about a week.
