Cranberry Dipping Sauce

2 cups | fresh or frozen cranberries |
1/2 cup | orange juice |
3/4 cup | sugar |
1 teaspoon | coarse grain mustard |
In a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat, stir together the cranberries, orange juice, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to LOW and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture slightly thickens. Remove from heat and add mustard. Use an immersion blender or food processor to puree the sauce.
