Layered Nacho Dip

1 pound | lean ground beef |
1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
1 can (4 ounces) | chopped green chiles |
1 can (16 ounces) | refried beans |
2 cups | shredded Cheddar cheese |
3/4 cup | thick taco sauce |
1 cup | sour cream |
1/4 cup | chopped green onion |
1/4 cup | chopped black olives |

Crumble and brown ground beef in skillet with onion for 8-10 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink. Drain fat and rinse
Spread beans in thin layer in 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine beef, onion and chiles and place on bean layer. Drizzle with taco sauce.
Bake uncovered at 400ºF for 20 minutes. Top with grated cheese, dollop with sour cream, and sprinkle with green onions and black olives.
Serve hot as a dip with tortilla chips.
