| 3 c | crème fraîche |
| 75 g | beurre |
| 1 | jaune d'oeuf |
| 1 à 2 càs | sucre glace |
Cacao amer en poudre.
Crème fraîche et chocolat au bain marie.
Ajouter le beurre petit à petit hors du feu.
Puis le jaune.
Remuer et terminer par le sucre glace.
Mettre au frais
Former les truffes et rouler ds le cacao
