Crocked Kielbasa

1/2 lbs | Lean ground beef |
1 lbs | Kielbasa sausauge, sliced |
28 ounce | Can whole tomatoes, undrained |
9 ounce | Pk frozen Fr-cut green beans |
6 ounce | Can pitted black olives*, drained, left whole |
1/2 cup | Red wine |
2 | 3 cloves garlic, minced |
1 Med | onion, slice rings |
1 Med | green pepper, chopped |
1 tsp | Basil, crushed |
1 tsp | Oregano, crushed |
1/2 tsp | Thyme, crushed |
1/4 tsp | Pepper |
1 lbs | linguine |
4 ounce | Parmesan cheese |
In a medium skillet, saute ground beef. When browned,
transfer to crockpot. Add all other ingred. except pasta & parmesan Simmer
on low for 6-8 hrs. Cook pasta according to directions. Ladle crocked
Kielbasa over pasta in large bowls. Pass the Parmesan cheese to garnish..
