Crock Pot Lasagna

    1 lb.  ground beef
    1 jar  spaghetti sauce
    1 cup  water
    15 oz  Ricotta Cheese
    7oz  mozarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup  parmeasan
    1  egg
    2 Tbsp  parsley
    6  LASAGNA noodles, uncooked
    1 bag  Salad
    1  bottle dressing
    1  loaf bread

6 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Brown meat; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water, Mix ricotta, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 2 tbsp parmesan, egg and parsley. Spoon 1 cup meat sauce into crock, top with layers of half each of the noodles, broken to fit. and cheese mixture. cover with 2 cups of remaining meat sauce. Top with remaining noodles, broken to fit, cheese mixture and meat sauce. cover with lid and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and let stand covered for 10 min. DO NOT COOK ON HIGH - DO NOT COOK ANY LONGER ONCE LIQUID IS ALL ABSORBED.
