    2 lbs  ground pork liver
    2 lbs  ground unsalted pork fat
    1 large  onion minced
1/2 garlic bud minced
    3 tsp  salt
    1 tsp  pepper
    4 tsp  poultry dressing
    2 tsp  celery salt
    2 tsp  all spice

Put in slow cooker. Once fat is liquified, cook on low heat for 2 hours.

Stir every 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and continually stir during cool down to ensure fat does not set on the top of spread.
