2 lbs | ground pork liver |
2 lbs | ground unsalted pork fat |
1 large | onion minced |
1/2 garlic bud minced | |
3 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | pepper |
4 tsp | poultry dressing |
2 tsp | celery salt |
2 tsp | all spice |
Put in slow cooker. Once fat is liquified, cook on low heat for 2 hours.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and continually stir during cool down to ensure fat does not set on the top of spread.
