6 T | butter, -melt |
3 oz. | semi-sweet chocolate, - melt in bowl over boiling water |
1 c | brown sugar |
3/4 c | whipping cream |
Whisk together until smooth
Bring to a boil and boil (gently) for 8 mins.
Cool until thick and spread or pour over cake. It hardens to make a nice shiny top.
