Fisherman stew | |
28 oz | can of crushed tomatoes with juice |
8 oz can | tomato sauce |
1/2 C | chopped onion |
1 C | dry white wine |
1/3 C | olive oil |
3 cloves | garlic |
1/2 C | parsley, chopped |
1 | green pepper |
1 | hot pepper |
S and P to taste | |
1 tsp | thyme |
2 tsp | basil |
1 tsp | oregano |
1/2 tsp | paprika |
1/2 tsp | cayenne pepper |
I C water
Sauté green pepper and onion in olive oil. Add all above ingredients into a slow cooker and simmer on low 6-8 hrs.
Then turn pot to high and add seafood. Serve about. 30-40 min after seafood is added.
