Jerk marinade

| 1-2 scotch bonnet, habenero or other spicy pepper | |
| 1/2 small | onion |
| 3 T | oil |
| 1 T | ground allspice |
| 2 T | grated fresh ginger |
| 1 T | soy sauce |
| 1 tsp | dried thyme |
| 1 | bay leaf crumbled |
| 1/4 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 T | Splenda or 10 bags |
| 2 | crushed garlic cloves |
Blend all the above ingredients and pour over a pot roast to bake.
