Jerk marinade

1/2 small | onion |
3 T | oil |
1 T | ground allspice |
2 T | grated fresh ginger |
1 T | soy sauce |
1 tsp | dried thyme |
1 | bay leaf crumbled |
1/4 tsp | cinnamon |
1 T | Splenda or 10 bags |
2 | crushed garlic cloves |
Blend all the above ingredients and pour over a pot roast to bake.
