Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes

    5lb  potatoes, (9lg)
    3 (2oz) pkg  cream cheese
    1 cup  sour cream
    1tsp  onion salt
    1tsp  salt
    1/4 tsp  pepper
    2TBS  butter

Cook peeled potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender and drain.
Mash until smooth
Add remaining ingredients; beat until light and fluffy and cool.
Cover and place in refrigerator. May be used within 2 weeks.
To use: place desired amount in greased casserole dish; dot with butter and bake @350 about 30 mins until heated through.
Yields 8 cups or 12 servings
