Warm Steak Salad

| 1 clove | garlic |
| 2 tbsps. | red wine vinegar |
| 2 tbsps. | olive oil |
| fresh oregano | |
| 1 package | salad greens |
| 1-2 | steaks |
Salt and pepper steak and fry in 1 tbsp of oil for approx. 3-5 mins. each side. Remove steaks; add garlic , vinegar, olive oil, oregano. Drop salad greens in pan, toss and arrange on plate. Cut steak against grain and top salad.
