Snowball Cookies

| 1 3/4 c. | flour |
| 1/4 c. | cornstarch |
| 1/2 c. | powdered sugar |
| 1 c. | butter |
| 1/4 tsp. | salt |
| 1 tsp. | vanilla |
Mix flour, pd. sugar, cornstarch, salt and buter until crumbly. (Food processor works well. Add vanilla and mix thorougly. Chill one hour. Form into balls about walnut size and roll in sifted powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees fo 12 to 15 minutes - until barely brown on bottom. Run a knife or spatula under hot cookies very carefully so they don't stick. Let cool a few minutes and then roll in powdered sugar and cool on rack.
