Aus Mehl, Butter, Bohnensud und Milch eine Mehlschwitze herstellen, mit Sahne aufgießen, aufkochen lassen, mit den Gewürzen abschmecken, die Bohnen zufügen und nur noch erwärmen. Soße sollte eine dickliche Konsistenz haben.
Eine leckere und schnelle Beilage zu allen Fleisch und Geflügelgerichten.
