Fare soffritto con sedano carote e cipolla , fare rosolare il pollo aggiungere sale,pepe e peperoncino. Aggiungere vino bianco e il dado e farlo evaporare , aggiungere tutte le verdure tagliate a pezzi e cuocere per circa 40 minuti
