2 cups | cucumber |
1 bunch | celery |
1 tsp. | gingerroot, (or about 1/2 inch) |

Directions
Combine the spinach, cucumber, celery, gingerroot, parsley, apples, the juice of one lime, and the juice of half a lemon in a blender. Mix until liquid.
