Mama's French Silk Pie

1/2 c. | butter, (room temperature) |
3/4 c. | powdered sugar |
1 square | Baker's Chocolate |
2 | eggs |
1 tsp. | vanilla |
1 Baked Pie Crust | |
Whipped Cream |
Combine butter and sugar; cream well.
Melt chocolate; cool.
Add to butter-sugar mixture.
Add 1 egg at a time, beating each for 5 full minutes! (Yes, 5 minutes each)
Add vanilla
Pour into the baked pie shell
CHILL for 2 - 3 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream.
6 servings. (or not!)
