Chicken Pasta Salad

5 cups | cooked Chicken, cubed, (3 whole breasts) |
2 cups | green/red seedless Grapes, halved |
1 cup | Snow Peas |
2 cups | packed, fresh Spinach |
2 1/2 cups | chopped celery |
1 jar | Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained & quartered |
1/2 large | Cucumber, sliced |
3 green onions with tops | |
1 | Red pepper, sliced |
Orange Slices, optional | |
7 oz. | Corkscrew Pasta, cooked/ drained |
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Dress just before serving! Dressing: | |
1/2 c. | Canola oil |
2 Tbsp. | White Wine Vinegar |
1 tsp. | Salt |
1/4 c. | Sugar |
1/2 tsp. | dried minced onion |
