Champignons au Madère (Thmx)

| 4 | gros champignons frais |
| 300 gr | eau |
| ½ cube | bouillon de volaille |
| ½ gobelet | Madère |
| 30 gr | farine |
| 30 gr | beurre |
| sel, poivre |
Eplucher les champignons, les laver en les brossant doucement et les égoutter.
Dans le bol du Thermomix, mettre tous les ingrédients sauf les champignons et le Madère.
Mixer vit. 6 pendant 15 sec.
Déposer les champignons dans le panier, mettre celui-ci dans le bol. Les arroser avec le Madère.
Fermer et programmer 18 mn, 100°, vit. 4.
