Alfredo Sauce, Piccatta Style

Ingredients:
    4 T  unsalted butter
    1/2 cup  heavy cream
    1/3 cup  grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup  water
    1 1/2 T  fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 T  capers
    1 1/2 T  chopped parsley
      grated lemon zest
      pepper

Directions:
Cook butter, cream, Parmesan and water in med saucepan over low heat for ~ 10 min, stirring constantly until thickened and cheese melts.
Add lemon juice,capers and parsley.
Pour over pasta.
Season with lemon zest, additiional Parmesan and pepper.
