Alfredo Sauce, Piccatta Style

| 4 T | unsalted butter |
| 1/2 cup | heavy cream |
| 1/3 cup | grated parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 cup | water |
| 1 1/2 T | fresh lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 T | capers |
| 1 1/2 T | chopped parsley |
| grated lemon zest | |
| pepper | |
Directions:
Cook butter, cream, Parmesan and water in med saucepan over low heat for ~ 10 min, stirring constantly until thickened and cheese melts.
Add lemon juice,capers and parsley.
Pour over pasta.
Season with lemon zest, additiional Parmesan and pepper.
